Terms of Service & Credit

Governing provisions for loan applications, disbursements, marketplace asset financing, and digital portal services.

Last Updated: October 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your relationship with Nasi Finance Tanzania Limited ("Nasi Finance"). By submitting a loan application, utilizing the online portal, or financing products through our marketplace, you agree to be legally bound by these terms in conjunction with your specific signed Loan Agreement.

2. Loan Applications & Appraisal

Submission of a loan application does not guarantee automated approval. Nasi Finance reserves the right to evaluate eligibility according to internal credit underwriting models, cashflow adequacy, and Credit Reference Bureau checks. False or misleading statements will result in immediate termination of the application and possible reporting.

3. Interest Rates & Repayment Schedules

Interest rates and amortization periods are clearly determined in the loan sanction letter prior to disbursement. Repayments must be remitted on or before the due date specified. For schools utilizing synchronized term repayments, installments are due within the agreed grace period upon academic fee collections.

4. Early Settlement

Borrowers maintain the right to pay off the outstanding principal balance in full or in part ahead of the maturity date without being assessed any prepayment penalty fees.

5. Default and Remedies

In the event of failure to meet repayment obligations after formal notice and cure periods, Nasi Finance may: (1) Report default status to licensed Credit Reference Bureaus, (2) Engage licensed recovery agents in accordance with statutory guidelines, and (3) Exercise remedies over designated collateral or leased assets.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any credit facilities issued shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tanzania.
